Our Story

About Us

Hamilton Digital, Inc. was established in 2009 in Cincinnati, OH by Fred Hamilton and Julie Klare, who possess over 35 years of combined experience in the industry. Our primary focus is customer satisfaction. We are interested in building long-lasting relationships with our customers, and we realize that starts with building trust and confidence in our abilities and products.

We work directly with Xerox to ensure that our customers are getting all of the advantages of working with a large worldwide company, while still getting the attention and care that only a local team can provide. We support the entire line of Xerox products and services and are well-equipped to make the right recommendation to suit your company’s needs.

We proudly serve parts of Ohio and Kentucky. In Ohio, we cover the counties of Hamilton & Clermont. In Northern Kentucky, we cover Campbell, Kenton, Boone, Pendleton, and Grant County.

We are proud members of The Cincinnati USA Chamber as well as the Northern KY Chamber, also serving as a Small Business Enterprise in Cincinnati.

Our office is located in downtown Cincinnati 2165 Central Parkway, Cincinnati OH 45214. We also have a Xerox demo room located in Blue Ash 4755 Lake Forest Drive, Cincinnati, OH 45242.

Our Story

Fred_HamiltonIn college, Fred Hamilton worked at Kinkos/Fed Ex producing course packets for the University of Cincinnati. He worked on a Xerox Digital Press: the first digital color copier. Upon graduation from UC, he went to work for a technology company selling the first color digital copiers. He was awarded Graphic Sales Representative of the Year for 2 years in a row. In 1999, Fred started with Xerox as a Color Specialist, then becoming a Production Specialist. He was recognized at Xerox three times as a President’s Club Winner for sales. In 2008, he became a Xerox Agent Partner before starting Hamilton Digital in Chattanooga, TN in January of 2009.

Julie_KlareHamilton Digital moved to Cincinnati in January of 2011 when Julie Klare joined the company. She previously sold Xerox for five years in Cincinnati before becoming an owner of Hamilton Digital. She has the unique ability to be able to sell and teach others how to sell in the process. Julie has sold countless new business accounts and is responsible for helping many companies grow their Digital Printing Divisions. Outside of work, most of Julie’s time is spent with family. Being one of seven children, family is incredibly important to her. She is extremely grateful for her parents, Joe & Linda, who have raised her to have great work ethic and a strong faith.

Our Staff

Hamilton Digital has a complete team of talented individuals with specialized skill sets ready to serve our customers. Our service technicians are employed directly by Xerox and exclusively work on Xerox equipment. Our local customer service department is quick to respond to any issue that you may experience, including on-demand remote analyst support. We take customer service very seriously, and believe that it is our strongest attribute as a company.
